The Train, The Train!

We went to the Bar D Chuck Wagon again for a little down-home fun while Mark's family was in town. I know I've blogged about the show before so I won't give many details. Just suffice it to say, if you're ever in Durango, a stop there is definitely worth it!

They have a little train that runs a loop around the property. It was $2 a ticket but Norah really wanted to go on it. Since Mark's cousin Hannah also really wanted to go on it we decided to give it a shot. It was about as exciting as one would think a miniature train ride would be. It was also rather old, so the wheels squeaked pretty loudly on the track which, you guesses it, kinda freaked her out! Fortunately there was no crying. I made a big joke about the train wheels talking and she calmed down a little. Here's some pictures from the beginning of the ride, before the freaking out commenced.
