I've had a lot of people ask how Norah is liking her new little sister. Of course, they've only known each other a few days now. I'm sure there will be a ton of change coming as Penny gains independence and expresses herself more. For now, Norah has been the model big sister. She has been sharing toys and being gentle and speaking softly to er little sister, just as we've asked her to do.
On the way home from meeting Penny for the first time, Norah said to my mom, "Grammy, I miss my sister."
Hopefully that attitude continues on through high school. But I won't hold my breath.
